Ice Age Trail Musings

LuAnn Lonergan is a 2000 miler, known as “Little Beast” among fellow hikers, and is #448 in the official database of Ice Age Trail Thousand-Milers. She will talk about preparing herself, mentally and physically, for hiking the Ice Age Trail and then discuss some of her experiences. After she completed her second segment hike, she self-published a book about her adventure, “Oh, Beautiful Blaze: Ice Age Trail Musings”.
