Pie Iron Demo

Join Pudgy Pie Guy Jon Riemann for a pie iron cooking demonstration in the Amphitheater at Kohler-Andrae State Park. Join the fun and learn some history about cooking over the fire, the sandwich, and the pie iron. He’ll demonstrate how to make pizzas, Rubens, macaroni and cheese, and fruit-filled pies. Jon provides the gear and food; you put it together! Children must be accompanied by an adult. Everyone will have the opportunity to make their own pudgy pie, so bring a beverage.
